TERMS & CONDITIONS & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for visiting www.labdhiwatches.in, an online store independently operated by Labdhi Watches & Premium. We are an authorised dealer for premium watch brands in India. Labdhi Watches & Premium sells branded original watches through our online store in India and delivers products from our nearest offline showroom in Hyderabad.

Your visit to this website is subject to this Delivery and Return Policy and these Terms and Conditions.

Order Booking

By placing an order on this site you are entering into a purchase and sale transaction with Labdhi Watches & Premium.

To place an order you will need to complete the transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call or WhatsApp message with our customer service team. By placing an order on the site or over the phone, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and payment policy published on this website.

Each brand has its own terms and conditions. On purchase of a watch, you are also agreeing to the terms and conditions of that particular brand.

After you have made your selection and added products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section to complete the transaction. You will be asked for your address and other contact information, as well as payment-related details.

Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your order will be processed upon receipt of funds from the bank or card company. It is at this stage that the sale is considered complete. Your products will then be delivered based on product availability and completion of logistics operations.

Payment Options

The following modes of payment are available: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, other debit and credit cards, net banking from select banks in India, and UPI. A full list of accepted payment methods is available at the time of checkout prior to making payment.

As prescribed by financial institutions issuing credit or debit cards, you will be required to submit your 16-digit card number, card expiry date, and 3-digit CVV number when making an online transaction.

Product Pricing

Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label products accurately, errors in data entry and updates may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the rare event that a transaction was made at an incorrect price. Should this happen, a full refund of all money received will be issued to the customer.

Prices are subject to change without advance notice. All prices on this website are listed in Indian Rupees. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing and will be billed at the price in effect at the time of payment and invoice generation. Our products are subject to applicable taxes in India.

Security

Credit card and debit card information is not stored or accessed by us. This information is handled directly by our authorised payment gateway provider, which is fully compliant with the regulations and requirements of relevant banks, financial institutions, and payment networks.

Out of Stock Situations

Our aim is to ensure that all products listed on the website are available in stock for dispatch. However, if a product is unavailable for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and provide the option to exchange, delay, or cancel your order based on your preference.

Delivery of Products

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or by third-party courier and logistics partners, usually between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by a person other than the individual who placed the order at the address provided.

Since transactions are authorised by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage to products after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery.

Delivery will typically take 3 to 7 working days depending upon the delivery location.

Delivery Charges

Handling charges may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. All applicable handling charges will be displayed at the time of checkout before payment is made.

Product Returns

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per your original order, no refund or exchange is possible.

To return any item that is damaged or not as per your original order, please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp on the day of delivery.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return or exchange authorisation number, and must be in unopened, saleable condition. Postage and handling charges for the return will not be refunded.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened, or used products. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

Once an order invoice is generated, the order cannot be cancelled. We do not have a general return of goods policy once a purchase is complete.

In such cases, the Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and Cookies Policy of those respective brands are solely applicable for that interaction.
