RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Labdhi Watches & Premium, we take great pride in delivering genuine, high-quality timepieces to our customers. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer. All sales are considered final upon successful delivery.
However, we understand that exceptions arise. Returns or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:
The product received is physically damaged at the time of delivery.
The product received is defective or not functioning as expected upon unboxing.
The product delivered is incorrect and does not match your original order.
In any of the above cases, the issue must be reported to us on the day of delivery itself with supporting photographs of the product and its packaging. Claims raised after the delivery date will not be entertained.
Order Cancellation Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed and dispatched, you may do so before the product reaches you. However, please note that a deduction of ₹500 will be applied towards shipping and packaging costs already incurred.
The remaining balance of any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed and the product is returned to us by the courier.
To cancel your order before delivery, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 80192 73318 with your order number so we can stop or recall the shipment at the earliest.
Rejection at the Time of Delivery
You have the right to reject and return the product to our delivery person at the time of delivery, before accepting it, if you notice any of the following:
The outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with.
The product does not match what you ordered.
The product appears to be defective upon inspection.
Once the delivery is accepted and signed for, the product will be considered received in good condition and no return or exchange will be possible.
Cash on Delivery — Partial Advance Amount
For orders placed under the Cash on Delivery option, a partial advance amount is collected at the time of order confirmation to secure the booking. This amount is refundable in the following situations:
You reject the product at the time of delivery for a valid reason as mentioned above.
The product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
We are unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability.
If you cancel your order before delivery, a deduction of ₹500 towards shipping and packaging costs will be made and the remaining advance amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that if you refuse delivery without a valid reason or are unavailable at the time of delivery after multiple attempts, the partial advance amount may not be refunded.
