SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Thank you for shopping at www.labdhiwatches.in, the official online store of Labdhi Watches & Premium. We are an authorised dealer for premium watch brands in India, serving customers since 1995. All orders placed through our online store are dispatched from our showrooms in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Your visit to this website is subject to this Shipping and Delivery Policy along with our Terms and Conditions.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, your order will be processed upon receipt of funds from your bank or payment provider. It is at this stage that the sale is considered complete.
Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order has been accepted.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Since transactions are authorised by the cardholder or account holder, we do not take responsibility for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For any special delivery requirements, please contact us directly via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your delivery location. Remote areas or locations outside major cities may require additional time.
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
Delivery Process
Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or by trusted third-party courier and logistics partners, usually between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by a person other than the individual who placed the order at the address provided at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for damage to products after successful delivery and acceptance.
Delivery Charges
Handling and shipping charges may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, and delivery location. All applicable charges will be displayed clearly at the time of checkout before you make payment, so you are fully aware of the total cost before confirming your order.
Out of Stock Situations
Our aim is to ensure that all products listed on our website are available in stock for dispatch. However, if a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you within 2 business days and offer you the option to exchange for a similar product, delay the order until stock is available, or cancel the order for a full refund.
Product Returns & Damages
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per your original order, no refund or exchange is possible.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery itself. To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with photos of the product and packaging on the same day.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return or exchange authorisation number, and must be in unopened, saleable condition. Postage and handling charges for the return will not be refunded.
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on sale items, or on products that have been opened or used. Once an order invoice is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
Please allow one to three weeks from the date you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be notified once your return has been completed.
