Refund/Cancellation Policy at Labdhi Watches & Premium:
Returns accepted within 7 days. Item must be unused with tags. Customer covers return shipping.
1. Returns:
- We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
2. Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If the item was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued in the form of a new gift card.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.
- Clearance items or items marked as final sale cannot be refunded.
- Items purchased with a promotional discount code are not eligible for a refund unless the entire order is returned.
